Frequent crashes: Dyld Error Message: Symbol not found: clock_gettim
I was running Cubase AI by Yamaha's Steinberg.
My system started crashing after overheating, Now after say 2-10 minutes my computer crashes, specially when I use applications with high processing power.
For the moment, I have MacsFanControl and set the 4000 RPM for now till I write this. I got the crash logs I will explain below.
Before I take this to Apple Service, or applying Thermal paste, I would like to understand what this is?
Here is a portion of my crash log. Can any one can help please? I do greatly appreciate it.
Thank you very much.

Update (12/18/2018)
Hi Folks, I am back with an update. I am using MFC.
I just cleaned the Fans and put a fresh Thermal Paste ( although I could tell it needed it badly). However, the issue did not get fixed! As soon as I ran Cubase Steinberg to do my CPU intensive job, MBP shut down on me! To start I have to wait for say 15 minutes, then it boots and the same story begins.
With respect to OSX being the issue, My MacBook Pro shuts down randomly when I am in my Bootcamp Windows! So I assume there reason is not my Yosemite Operating system.
One more thing, When I did open the MBP to replace the Thermal Past, I noticed that the inside does not look like
I bought this last year from Ebay and I suspect my MBP is an MacBook Pro 15” late 2011 and the person sold it to me on Ebay, had replace the logic board with Mid 2012! Is that possible?
Here is the look at inside of Late 2011 MBP ( like mine).
I have also the crash logs, if it is going to be help full.
Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The best way to prove what logic board you have is to open the 'About This Mac' window. It will tell you what your system specs are as an example here's my 15" systems info:
MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2012)
- Processor: 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7
- Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
You could even take the S/N and paste it here: EveryMac - Lookup
Did you replace your SSD yet? I'm certain that will resolve this.

Hi Dan,
Are you suggesting me to get new SSD because it is faulty or it is full? I have about 90 GB free space on it!
I will surely buy a new one if there is an issue with my SSD!

It's really both! At this point you have some blocks which are bad that have not been isolated out. You'll need to install driveDX To see whats happening with the SSD's health with the amount of wear the drive has gotten. In any case you'll likely need to scratch the drive down, reformatting it, installing a fresh copy of the OS's (MacOS & Windows) and your Apps. If you are still running apps from an external drive then I would strongly recommend you move them back to your main drive and if you find you are running tight I would make the jump to a new and bigger SSD to get over this hump.

Hi there again,
I just moved all the applications files back to Macintosh HD, and did Scan Utility. I verified the Disks. I managed to repair thousands of permission errors, except 4 of them:
Permission differ on 'System.Library/COreService... plst
Permission differ on 'System.Library/COreService
Permission differ on 'System.Library/COreService
Permission differ on 'Application/Safari.app/... htm
I did also use driveDX and it should my SSD is health and 96% have life left!
However, it shows that I need to update firmware for SSD that may improve. I am going to run TimeMachine ( keep your fingers crossed for me) and update the firmware!
Thank you very much,
