Samsung 55'' TV display problem? [Images of it]

I bought this Samsung 55 inch 5 years ago and suddenly the display had couple of stripes, like burnt LEDs. Then one night the display started acting weird and the whole display was covered with stripes and this purplish dark stuff. Then I shut the tv off and let it be for awhile. Later I turned on the tv and it was normal. Weird. The ‘burnt LEDs’ were still there but the main stuff was gone. Then the problem began to appear more often and quicker and at this point it doesn’t go away.

Is the display broken, motherboard? I don’t know that much about tv parts. I am ready to throw the tv away but I’d really like to fix it. Thank you for your help.

Here’s what the display is looking like now:

Nope, the TV is in brilliant condition externally. The TV is actually a lot clearer at the moment. Now you can watch it but there are dark areas. You can see through them but they tone colors red/purple.

Model: UE55ES6305U

The TV is looking like this right now.

Quite bad picture.

On the left side in the middle there is this white thing that leaves the text that was on it there for a second or two. It’s like that area of the screen is updating the picture a second late. But it’s not the whole white area, just part of it on the very left side.

Update (12/02/2018)

The left side of the TV heats up very much while the right side doesn’t.

So here are some pictures of the boards inside:

Personally I don’t have any clue what could be wrong but I hope you do. Let me know if you need more specific pictures.

Did something bang into the TV or did it fall over?

Can you give us the model number as well.

@haades

This could be a main board issue but also a LCD panel issue. You would need to remove the back of your TV and check the wiring and the board. Since it appears to change according to your " is actually a lot clearer at the moment" it is unlikely to be the panel.

ost some good pictures of your boards and the wiring so that we can see what you see. Use this guide Agregar imágenes a una pregunta existente for that

@haades those lines look like your LCD panel driver board having gate driver faults. This will be difficult to fix since the driver boards are pretty much part of the LCD. Whenever you can, post some images of your boards.

Seems like the driver board has gate driver faults, like @oldturkey03 said. I’m not sure though but seems like it. Kinda disappointed in this TV, should have lasted more than 5 years.
