My 3ds wont turn on, blue light turns on and off.

I tried installing cfw from frog miner and I had followed all the steps from https://jisagi.github.io/FrogminerGuide/

I also got homebrew on my sd card as well. I’ve tried taking the sd card and turning it on without it but it wont do that either. im kind of stumped this has happened before so I’m not really freaking out I just want to see if I can fix this faster.

(also I’m pretty rusty to this sort of thing since I have not done it in such a long time.)
