No mic, home button, dock connector or speaker
I've got an iphone 3g 8gb, it's only around 6months old, but it's always given me problems.
Started out with bad reception when my GF's iphone had good reception in the same spots.
The home button has always felt abit 'mushy' compared to the other iphone.
A couple of weeks ago, the mic stopped working so I took it to a repair guy I know.
He tried replacing the mic, but it didn't do anything and then after a couple of days he gave it back and told me it was better, but he had no idea why.. he had just tried to restore it few times, and then it started working.
It worked like that for me for a couple of days, but now the home button has stopped working, the speaker has stopped working, the mic again stopped working, and I can't charge it through the dock connector.. So basically the entire bottom half of the phone has stopped working, but the top half(screen, lock button, speaker when in a phone conversation) that works.
It's been suggested to me to try and replace the logic board, but I don't want to spend the money in doing that if it doesn't work for me.
I live in Iceland so I'd probably have to order it from ebay and it wouldn't exactly be cheap or easy getting it here. :P
I've looked over the guide on here on how to exchange the logic board, and I think I'd be able to pull it off if I can find the right replacement logic board.
I'm guessing it has to be from an iphone 3g 8gb, but is there something else I need to look out for?
Es esta una buena pregunta?

Thanks alot for the help guys!
The dock connector is out of stock here on ifixit, so I'm thinking about ordering it from ebay, would for example this, http://cgi.ebay.com/iPhone-3G-OEM-Lower-... , work for me?
Also, I'm thinking about dismantling the phone first to see if the ribbon is damaged.. seeing as the guy who tried to fix it 'magically' got it working after taking it apart and putting it together a couple of times, it might have something to do with the connector it self.
