Xiro Xplorer V Gimbal Calibration Issue

My question

I have a Xiro Xplorer V, but since a few days the gimbal is going crazy.

Relevant software and hardware that I tried:

Firmware upgrade done.

What I have already found or tried:

Performed gimbal calibration via youtube and manual, but unfortunately it does not help.

I have an Xplorer G, and my gimbal does the same thing. Tech support from Xiro says upgrade firmware, which I’ve done. Can’t wait for an answer to this. I’ve replied to several similar videos like this on YouTube and a post on rcgroups.com with no answers to date.
