What is the model number of your Acer desktop computer?
What is the make and model number of the monitor attached to the desktop?
Is the monitor powered on OK?
Do the OSD menus work OK on the monitor?
Can you connect a different known working monitor to the desktop to prove whether the problem is with the monitor or the desktop computer?
