I have an iPhone 3GS and I love it. The only thing I have a problem with is it is only 8GB. Is there any way I can convert it into a 32GB or even an 64GB without getting a new phone.

alex is of course absolutely right. the memory is a hardwired part of the logic board, and thus can only be changed with a new logic board. So if you wanted to increase memory, you will have to purchase a board with more memory on it. Good Luck.
it'd be nice if we could but then mr apple wouldn't make his money by launching all the lower gb first and then 6 months later saying "ta da" now with more memory! and a fancy camera! and a forward facing one too.. ooh la la. Mr apple should let us have removeable memory cards.
