How do I fix a bent USB port

Well, I would say it depends.

shutdown and off the computer mains before doing anything.

Of course to reshape and bend it back, you need to assess and check how bad is it. Of course sharing couple of pictures is great.

same for some of my users…….accidentally tugged on the wires and usb socket got damaged.

so on this… you have some options…

1. if you are able to get the usb socket, you can take out the I/O board on the casing and with some soldering skills, remove and replace it.
2. Order the replacement usb i/o board from coolermaster or service center / distributor.
3. check with distributor if they are kind to change for you.
