two 2 Tb hdd's not recognised simultaneously in PC

When two 2 Tb hdd's are connected to one PC only the first one connected is recognised by PC the other is not at all recognised but the driver is installed and doesnt show the Disk in explorer

same is the problem for all my friends who are using 2 tb HDD's
