The top base gear is sticking to its base and cease to rotate.

When plugged in the nutribullet does not rotate. I opened it fully thinking the motor winding would have burnt but to my surprise the Base Gear is sticking to its base cup. I tried to remove it but it is so firm it is not coming out. Tried bit of heating the whole thing but it does not. Any clue

Hi thanks for looking into it.

I removed every single screw and now the motor is completely out along with the actuators. I am now holding the cup that has the top gear and this gear is sticking to the bottom of the cup as if it has been glued to it.

I tried heating them a bit but it is so well sticking that it is not coming out. Probably during rotation it has melted a bit and stick to the plastic of the cup.
