It does not turn on and while charging it acts over and over same things with the video. So, what's wrong with it? Can anyone help me out? Any idea will be helpfull.

The problem caused by logic board or charging port or battery? How do i figure it out which one must be fixed?

I measured the battery with multimeter and got 0 voltage but it may be normal cos this phone was kept very long time with this situation. Then, I unplugged the battery socket from board then measured the voltage value charging port on the logic board while the lightening cable plugged in and it was about 4.35V.

I think, charging port is working right?

Could it be battery or logic board?

Currently I am not professional but from what I see in the video you linked above, it looks like a dead logic board. You might want to wait a little bit longer for somebody who knows more about this to answer your question.
