Everything appears to be fine... but my pictures won't actually print.

I bought a used Polaroid SNAP and it came with some film in it. When I tried to take a picture, it seemed to be “working” but after about twenty seconds nothing happened and all three little lights blinked red. I went out and bought a new pack of film, hoping that would solve my problem but it didn’t. What am I doing wrong?
