Washer test fine in diagnostic mode, wont start normally

Hello, I have a whirlpool cabrio wtw5700xw0 washer, it will not calibrate, will not perform a normal wash, but test fine in diagnostic mode in all functions. Will spin, agitate, drain and fill with no issues. When I start it normally, and push start, the machine will go into sensing mode, it will lock the lid and attempt to start spinning to sense the load, it will then freeze up, a motor will give a hum noise, I will have to physically unplug the machine to get it stop and reset. When in test mode, I retrieved the follow error code F01 E02, which is motor control fault. I've gone through the test in the book and everything seems to fall in range when tested with a micrometer, and as I said in test mode, the washer will agitate and spin with no issues, I've also replace the capacitor and motor to still get the same effect.

Has anyone else encounter this issue or know how to proceed further? I am thinking it is the main control board fault but I could be wrong.
