Touch screen doesn’t work after replace screen and digitizer.

This could be one of two things.

1) Flex Cables not Seated

The flex cables may not be seated properly, in this case you will have to unplug them make sure there aren’t any dust particles, ( you can blow on it or I prefer using a pressurized air canister). Then reseat the cables. Also make sure the adhesive is fully intact before closing, I have seen this may also cause problems

2) Faulty screen

The screen may have been faulty or otherwise damaged upon repair. In this case you will need another.
