How to fix P0427 and P065c OBD-II Trouble Code for honda Accord 2009

P065C - Generator Mechanical Performance

if i understand it correctly, 5v+ pcm output that turn on the voltage regulator for the alternator

P0427 - Catalyst Temperature Sensor Low (Bank 1)

Followup questions: is the alternator charging properly, is there any oxidation on the ground braids or points, or is there any visible scuff marks or worn/brittle cables, and an easy one..is there any sockets that's disconnected?
