How to get my phone to come on and stop shotting down and coming on?
my phone will come on and remain on start screen marked blu and cut off in 2 seconds

Have you tried turning it on while connected to the charger? It could be the battery is worn out.

I am not completely sure, but it sounds it could be caused by a broken battery. Try turning it on while it is plugged in. If that doesn't work it , that probably means it's a software issue.
