Hi this issues occurs when I type and it doesnt always happen.
I think it only happens 2 out of 10 occurence. but when it does. it only messes up with the letters around Y,H and B towards the letters in my right thumb.
I have tested using touch test app, it seems all area of touchscreen works fine.
Any reason why this happens

If the touch issue is persistent, then the only solution is to replace the screen. You can do this yourself, if you'd like, by following this guide.

Hey , thanks for answering... Yeah but like I said it doesn't always come. I can barely tell if it has a problem, I probably will go to the nearest Apple authorized store to compare if it behaves the same.
I really want to make sure if this is a touchscreen issue or a board issue though
I've added a video so you can see it better.
By the way, previously I have replaced the battery, and I saw that the metal bracket for the LCD/Touchscreen "socket" was missing. Could this be a potential cause before a touchscreen defect?
Do you mean this (iPhone 6s Front Panel Assembly Cable Bracket)? If it was missing, it could, possibly, cause this. However, this tells me you have a replacement screen already and if the quality level of the screen was low, ghost touching is not unheard of.
Also, there is no touch circuitry on the logic board, it's all embedded in the screen on the iPhone 6S and up. Personally, I just think it's a bad screen.
yes thats it, hmm yeah I could buy them both the bracket isnt that expensive over here and I will get a new screen too
@refectio hi, I replaced my my display + touchscreen with a new third party now its working GREAT. But I was not that satisfied because during the replacement I noticed that the old display had the orange transparent film sandwiched between the display and the metal panel that has 6 screws to both sides.. I didn't tried to rule out that possibility because its a hassle to put them back all together
