El Moto G4 Play (número de modelo XT1609) se lanzó en mayo de 2016. Tiene un sistema operativo Android 6.0.1, Marshmallow y 2 GB de RAM. Incluye una cámara trasera de 8 MP, una cámara frontal de 5 MP y una pantalla de 5 pulgadas con una resolución de 1280 x 720.

I updated to nougat then my touchscreen stopped working,?

HI all

when i updated my 4g play to nougat then the touchscreen stopped working .. it tried hard resetting and everything on the book i even disconnected the screen cables and reconnected them .. did not work .. .. the screen was working very good with no problems..

i have replaced it months ago and this one has a small crack a near the speaker . but what is the relation between updating the software and the screen anyway .

Same thing happened to me .. after upgrade to nougat my touch screen wasn't normal and today 10 days after touch screen is unresponsive!
