What is the best way to Downgrade iOS

Hi sine Iv updated to 9.3.5 iOS it's running extremely slow nelly unusable this device obviously can't handle the new software made for newer devices so I'd like to downgrade back to iOS 8.1.2 it was running 100% like new with this Iv tryed useing 3utools but always fails can anyone help with this

You can't. Apple has locked down downgrading to older firmware that are not signed anymore by apple starting from the iPhone 5 and higher.
