I need to replace my iPhone 7 screen and need to do it on a budget. Can I remove my iPhone 6 screen and put it on my iPhone 7? I am not changing the LED screen.

As a DIY person replacing the whole screen is the only viable option.
Glass only replacements are pretty much impossible to do with a good finish for DIY people.
What happens with cracked glass only usually is screen refurbishers buy these screens to replace the cracked glass with a new one using machines required to remove, reseal the glass properly.

Do you know anywhere i can buy a whole replacement for my glass screen? I’m looking for something on the affordable side though.
Yep, you can get aftermarket screens for a fairly good price and quality from Mobile Defenders, Mobilesentrix, Injured Gadgets. All of them have online websites which are essentially screen wholesalers.
iFixit sells replacement screens too but IMO their fairly pricey.
