MacBook repeats boot chime won't go into restore mode no boot logo

macbook wont boot I've tried sms reset Pram reset it freezes when it does go in to restore mode or diagnostics I've got it into the user log in screen once or twice and when I enter my password it freezes I don't know what else to do apple is sending me box but its out of warranty please help if anyone has any ideas
