PS4 Not Turning On! (No Light, No Beep)

My PS4 is not turning on, no light or beep sound. It isn't the power cable as I have tried it on other PS4s and even bought a new one to be sure. I checked for insects and there were none. My next idea was that it was the PSU. I bought a new one and installed it, but still, no dice. The warranty is expired so Sony isn't an option. Does anybody have any idea what could be wrong?

Have you tried removing the top cover and pushing on the copper power pad with your finger?
