Why people can't hear me on the other line

this problem is common ... my best advice is to carefully clean out the pinhole mics (i believe there's one at the top and one at the bottom)

but be sure not to poke anything too far, or too forcefully into these holes ...remember there's a small mic with a tiny diaphragm in there.

my experience is that carrying it in your pocket especially if there tobacco in there, or any debris for that matter can clog them up... as a quick work around try turning on speaker phone til you can do the work.
