I replaced the float valve on an older murray with a 12.5 hp engine.`

it has 1 throttle cable that controls engine speed an choke operation. after reinstalling the carb, and choke rod along with the throttle rod and spring. I don't have engine speed control. there is a small spring about 1/2" and 3/8" in diameter that I can't find where it connects to. I believe it attaches to the throttle cable bracket. if anyone has any ideas please help
