My beats are fuzzing

I have brand new Powerbeats and I had them in my pocket for a day and they started to fuzz while listening to bass in a song. I’m fairly sure all I need to do is clean the sound cone because whenever I pulled them out of my pocket they were covored in fuzz. I want to how to get to the sound cone/speaker without having to pass the motherboard.
