I have an Aspire 5253G and it does not receive any power, the charger is new, how can I check if the laptop contact is damage? I've tried with and without his battery

You need to open the laptop and check if the DC-In jack is electrically OK by testing it for continuity by using an Ohmmeter. (function of a DMM -Digital MultiMeter)
Here is a link to the ifixit Reemplazo de tarjeta madre de Acer Aspsire 5253 guide. It is handy as it shows how to dis-assemble the laptop to a point, (by Step.23) where you can disconnect the DC-In jack (it is a separate component), from the motherboard so that it can be tested with the Ohmmeter.
Here is a link to just one supplier of the part. It is not a recommendation to use them. It is shown to give an idea of what it looks like and the cost of the part. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for Acer Aspire 5253G DC-In jack part to get results.

If the computer is is receiving a charge/power, then there will be a battery indicator light either on the front or the side of the computer. When plugged in this light should illuminate. If doesn’t then there is a chance that the power input is not working anymore.
