3 batteries is certainly a trend...

At first I would have assumed, as you have, that a defective or low quality battery was the cause. However, three different batteries tends to place the focus on the charging brick or the actual charge circuit on the logic board.

What kind of charger are you using to charge the phone? Is it an original Apple charger or an inexpensive brick? Also, do you leave your battery connected for extended periods of time? Those two things can greatly reduce the lofe of a battery.

If you are using a known-good charger (one that doesn't damage other phones) then it is possible that the charging circuit inside the phone is sending too high a voltage or current to the battery. That's a bit harder for a DIY diagnostic but if you have access to a USB ammeter, like this one, then you could see what is going on electrically and report back.

There was nothing wrong with the charger, the battery was charged with the logic board, not the charger.

My ulefone T1 began to push itself out from its housing due to swelling of the battery. I use the charger provided by ulefone. I suppose operating temperatures were too high and beyond recommended levels for charging the battery are what caused the battery to bloat. Anyway, because the phone had separated so much from its housing, I was able to pry the phone open enough that I could see the swollen battery. I used a small, sharp knife to puncture the label surrounding the battery, being careful not to puncture the battery itself, and out came gases of some kind, which I'd have avoided if I'd known how awful the gases smell, who knows maybe chemical or lead vapors? Since then the phone hasn't exhibited any problems while being firmly seated in its housing again.
