Frontlight Display is defect, no light. Works fine but no light

Hello, i have a very big problem with my ags001, it works fine but the frontlight just dont want to turn on and i dont know what to do here. I tried it with the ligt-button but the screen just dont want tolight on.

Mein Display Funktioniert eineandfrei und alles wird normal wiedergegeben nur leider hab ich kein licht. Auch nach mehrmaligen versuchen den knopf fürs licht zu drücken funktioniert genauso nicht.

Es ist zu vergleichen wie beim klassichen Advance
