Why can't I hear the music on both side of my earphones?

I had this pair of earphone since Christmas and has been working fine, but all of a sudden I cant hear the music, I checked everything on the device the Bluetooth still connects to my phone and charges well, but I have to move the wires around and you can hear a faint sound but has to be in a certain position, I was told to open up the earpiece but I have no way too open, need help!!!!!

Typically, when you have to move the wires around to hear the sound. It means there is a bad wire connection between the speaker and the amplifier in the earphones. There is pretty much only two ways to fix this problem. The first is to tear down the earphones and try to manually reconnect or adjust the connection. The second is to just end up buying another pair.

I see, but the problem is there is no way to opening the earpiece and even tried using a razor to cut my own way in. but yet no luck, any recommendation??

This guide I attached below may be of help to open the earpiece. It is not my guide and I have not ever used these earphones, but I am trying to help based off previous knowledge and experience.
