My 3DS Suddenly Turns off when turning on 3D

Sometimes it works, and sometime is doesn't. When it works, if I make even the slightest movement, my 3DS suddenly turns off. And when I try it again with the 3D EFFECT ON, it just suddenly turns off at the start of loading the game
