How do I reset " Hub"?

I have an issue in attempting to connect to Netflix, etc. Ben going on several days now. Same message each time "Hub Reseting" try again later. Wifi/internet working fine on other devices. Have cut off everything I can reach, incl router and netgear to reset them. So far nothing has worked. Am getting a symbol in the left upper corner that looks like the netgear ,it is a yellow triangular symbol with an exclamation sign. Suggestions? Thanks, Ellen
