problem of phone not working
my phone is not working and the cause is that it says network locked what is meant by this and how could i solve it

A network lock is actually a lock put on by a provider. You cannot use that phone on any other provider until the network lock limit expires which can be anywhere from 6 months to a year after the activation date of the device on the network

When your network is locked it just means that you can't use data or call and text in different countries. That isn't a bad thing, and is usually used by the carriers, or parents.
