What is the model number of your laptop?
Have any liquids been spilled on the keyboard at all?
Try using a USB keyboard plugged into the laptop and check if it works OK.
If it does, then most probably you'll have to replace the laptop’s keyboard. When trying to fix a keyboard you can create more problems than what you had originally. The best option is to replace it.

Y11c no nothing is spilled off
It's a software base issue i install linux o.s as well working accurately in linux facing issue in Windows 10

Check the settings in Control Panel > Ease of Access Centre > Make the keyboard easier to use to see if there are any settings set up in there that may be the cause.
Have you got the correct keyboard selected? Press the Windows key and the Spacebar together and check what keyboard language is the preferred one?
Try starting the laptop in safe mode and check if the problem is still there. If it isn't then you have a driver problem

Don't know why you had trouble with the link if that's what you mean by the image that you posted.
I didn't have any problems at all using Win 10 and Chrome or Firefox or Edge

Has it ever worked OK with both Linux and Win 10 installed together or has it only just occurred? If OK before and just recently were there any updates around the time that it started?
If it occurred after you installed Linux, you may have to uninstall it and check if the keyboard is OK with just Win 10.
know nothing about Linux so i don't know how it would install alongside Win 10.
@jayeff i installed linux after phasing this problem
I just got tired of this stuff gonna rest the window let see if it works

Was the Win 10 install on the laptop an upgrade from an earlier Win OS or did it always have Win 10 on it?
The only thing that I can think of is that you do a clean install of Win 10 and see if that works. Perhaps the Win 10 OS got corrupted somehow I don't know.
Make sure that you backup your data etc on an external drive before you do this and also ensure that you have the Win 10 product key so that you can activate it again if necessary
Press the alt key to the right of the space bar (alt ), and the key above the enter key “\” . This should provide a backslash!
