Colour of Polarizer important?
I'm repairing a note 4 from the base up and I've taken off the old polarizer film only to find that any replacements I've ordered from ebay or wherever are dark grey in colour instead of black.
Does this actually matter? Will the loca make it black anyway? As I don't want a grey looking phone screen.

I have the same question, why the new polarizer apply gray? Not balck like the original?
