Why doesn't my Aspire E 15 Acer turn on - only had it 11 mos...

Acer says my warranty is up - purchased 03/05/17 from QVC and I'm having a difficult time connecting w/support. I did leave it on charger most of the time.

Karen Pitcher before even trying to do anything yourself, request to speak with someone else at Acer or send them an email/contact website

You also need to contact QVC through their warranty provider Maxi-Matic Request (Any return of defective merchandise to the manufacturer must be processed accordingly by first contacting customer service (info@maxi-matic.com) to obtain an RA # (Return Authorization Number). We will not accept any returns of merchandise without an applicable RA #.)
