Bought Apple Watch that seems to have water damage or screen burn

So I bought an Apple Watch from an eBay seller and when it arrived it seemed to have extreme screen burn, or it also seems to have water damage?

The original Series uses a different set of connectors than the Series 1 and onwards. So sadly you need to replace it with the correct part. Here's the IFIXIT guide and the parts are linked within it: Apple Watch Reemplazo de Pantalla
