Hi @techbuff ,
It appears that ifixit does not have any Apple watch series 1 screen parts.
These are the only parts that is has for the watch.
The part is available online. Here is a link to just one supplier. It is not a recommendation to use them. It is shown to give an idea of the cost of the part. There are others online that may suit you better.
Just search for Apple Watch Series 1 LCD screen part to get results.

@techbuff - As it turns out the Series 1 & Series 2 share the same parts other than the S1 logic board (the Original Apple watch uses a different part).
