Scroll to p.84 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to replace the USB and volume key module.

On p.30 item #17 you'll find the part number for the module, - 5F78C03560. (I think this is the correct one. As there are 2 numbers in the parts list check on your USB/Volume button module to verify which number is correct)

If you search online using the part number only, you'll find suppliers of the part.
