I have followed the "holding the volume down and power key until the LG logo pops up, then releasing the power key and immediately press it again" and the factory reset screen will not pop up. I've tried this multiple times and still no success. I can't find out how to factory reset it from a desktop either. Please help!

Just go to settings --> Backup and Reset --> Factory reset. This will wipe everything and restore to factory conditions.

What if u can't get to setting bcuz its also locked with backup pin or Google acc n don't have either
