Broke my display power cable connector on logic board - any hope?
Emc 2429 2011 iMac 27” broken display power connector on logic board. Can this part be sourced and more importantly how difficult is it to solder this connector in or is a logic board replacement the way to go?

How about posting some images of the damage so we can see what you are facing here.

This is definitely repairable. Had a friend get a little too excited when pulling off the LCD during a hard drive upgrade. @danj @tcrs_circuit will be able to help out here. Otherwise, a repair ship will charge around $160USD. Posting some images will definitely help though.
