No GPS on my iPhone 4. How do I fix this?

I recently had a broken power button. I replaced it and now I do not have any GPS signal. I was wondering where and how the GPS attaches to the antenna. I know one screw hole broke off the logic board of the phone. In the photo is the screw hole that broke. Could this be the reason the GPS does not work, or is there another reason?

I have also realized that the bluetooth is not working either.
