take sim out, clean it and replace.
turn airplane mode on and off in "settings"
if that doesn't work then do a hard reset.. press and hold home and power button until apple appears (10 sec) then allow to reboot

hossam72610, first follow the advise from pollytintop. If it still does not work. you can try to take a look at the sim card reader follow this guideand take a look at the contacts of the sim card reader make sure they are not bend or broken. You may bend them a bit upwards so that they definitely are going to make contact with the sim card. Good Luck and let us know
