Help!, half of my iPhone 6's screen is black.

Half of my screen is black, although all the other features of the iPhone work fine, which is strange. I was outdoors, and I fell on my leg, landing where My phone was, in my pocket. (Screen has not been cracked).

(I have tried powering off my phone off and on, but nothing changed.)

The screen itself works technically , but since the display is black it is extremely difficult to use my iPhone, and I really need help because I I can't buy another iPhone due to the price. Thank you for reading my message.

This response is late but hopefully it can help others.

There are two possible causes here. One is a damaged screen assembly. This can be easily replaced by ordering this part and following this guide.

The other possibility is that the backlight circuit was damaged and needs to be repaired. This requires a micro-soldering repair and is not DIY .
