1 When we turn on the tv, we can hear the voice but no picture.
We tried to unplugged and plugged again but still the screen is black

Turn the TV on. Plug in your input device. Cable box. Or Xbox Console. Use a flashlight. Hold close to the screen. You should be able to see a picture. If you do. The back light. Of the television. Is bad That can be fixed. Relatively easily. Depending on television. If you do not see a picture. Display is bad. Too expensive.
