iPhone 4 I blackscreen

Iphone 4 I blackscreen, the screen is dead but it seems still alive, only the screen turns black, my home button is broken, after I enter cydia he restart and there was a blackscreen, what I want to ask is, how can i revive my iphone 4 without Power + Home button? I want to get into DFU via Computer using dr.fone but unsuccessfully, is there any way of reviving my Iphone 4 with computer, my computer has Windows 7 / 32Bit specification. Please reply quickly, I'm very panicked right now.
