Fans/light/table runs nonstop, no heat/display/keypad when plugged in

ISSUE:

As soon as unit is plugged into power the fans, turntable and light run indefinitely. At the same time the display and keypad do NOT work and is unresponsive to any button activity. While it continuously runs, there is also no heat coming from unit- only cold air.

Plugged into AC Power = Fans ON, light ON, Turntable ON, display OFF, Keypad DISABLED, heat DISABLED.

Does not change or shut off until unplugged from power.
