When sending a Fax.
IT goes thru the whole Normal process and says Fax has been sent. In reality it has not. What i notice is once it starts to scan the Document the % mark stays at 1 % & does not go any higher as if it is not actually being scanned. Thanks Jerry

Hi ,
Can you "copy" a document OK?
Have you tried using either the ADF (auto document feeder) or the flat platen glass option to see if it works OK?
Does it fail to work when using either method for copying?
