Anyone has any idea what size screw goes into here?

The screw you are mentioning goes to the taptic engine (Vibrate function). There are 2 of them and one is there already. Remove the other and try to match it up to one you already have in your set. This screw is not critical to the operation and would not hurt to find one that just fits good.

The screws that have to be exact are the ones that hold the shield on to the LCD flex cables. Having the wrong screw can cause "Long screw damage) to the Logic Board since the logic board is under those screws. The Taptic enging screws down to the housing of the phone :)
