Phone reboots itself after being on for few minutes (after new screen)

Fitted a new screen on my SE and the the phone itself turns on fine and stays on for a few minutes then randomly reboots itself and it continues to do this after disconnecting the battery, screen and sensor and then reconnecting.

Help needed!!!
