Others app screen shown when unlock my Samsung note 3

Some days age my Samsung note 3 phone screen goes to black with out any drop or physically damage. after 8 or 9 days it screen show automatically.

But now my phone show different problem. When I Unlock my phone by pattern lock it show screen for a sort time that I was last time use before lock the phone.
